2. Your Account & Subscription

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Our Service provides you with access to stream content. By subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • Re-stream, broadcast, or publicly display any of the content.
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense your subscription to any other person or entity.
  • Use more connections than are permitted by your purchased subscription plan. (e.g., if you purchase 1 connection, you may not use it on 2 devices at the same time).
  • Use the Service for any illegal activities.
  • Use a VPN to bypass regional restrictions if it violates the laws of your jurisdiction.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without a refund.

4. Content and Service Availability

IPVSAS is a reseller and aggregator of content. We do not host, create, or own the content provided. The content is sourced from third-party providers.

  • No Guarantees: All channels and content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or VOD content will be available at all times.
  • Changes: Channel lists, VOD libraries, and service features are subject to change, addition, or removal at any time without notice.
  • Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Outages for maintenance, server issues, or other factors beyond our control may occur. No refunds or credits will be issued for such outages.

5. DMCA & Copyright Policy

IPVSAS respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host or store any copyrighted material. We are a reseller providing access to streams that are publicly available. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please contact us with a valid DMCA takedown notice, and we will investigate and remove the allegedly infringing link from our service.

6. Billing, Payments, and Cancellation

  • Payments: All services must be paid for in advance of the service term.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IPVSAS, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
