Refund Policy

At IPVSAS, we want our customers to be satisfied. To ensure our service is right for you, we strongly encourage all potential customers to request a Free Trial before purchasing a subscription.

A trial allows you to test our service, check for channel availability, and verify compatibility with your devices and internet connection.

General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, we have a strict refund policy.

  • We do not offer refunds if you have not taken a free trial before purchasing.
  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” “accidental purchase,” or if you find the channel lineup is not to your liking (this should be checked during the trial).
  • We do not offer refunds if your internet connection is too slow or unstable to use the service.
  • We do not offer refunds if your account is terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (such as account sharing).

When Refunds May Be Considered

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  2. Service Unusable (Within 7 Days): If you purchase a subscription (after a successful trial) and the service becomes completely unusable for more than 48 hours within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
    • Requirement: You must first contact our support team (contact@ipvsas.com) and work with us to troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem and determine the fault is on our end (e.g., a server-side issue), a refund may be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account username and email.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.

All refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Issuing a refund is at the sole discretion of the IPVSAS management team.
